Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Draft. This policy has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will be updated before accounts, wallets and multiplayer launch.
This policy explains how Rumble Town LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Rumble Town LLC”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit rumbletown.xyz, play Rumble Town on web or mobile, join our waitlist or community, or use our tokens and NFTs (the “Services”). Rumble Town LLC is the controller of your personal information.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Waitlist and emails: your email address and whether you asked for game updates.
- Account: your email or sign-in provider details, player name and settings.
- Support and messages: what you send when you contact us.
- Chat: messages you send in matches or community spaces we run.
Information collected automatically
- Gameplay: scores, matches, missions, rewards and in-game activity.
- Device and usage data: IP address, approximate country, browser or device type, operating system, crash reports and pages or screens viewed.
- Browser storage: the web demo saves your best scores and settings in your own browser. We don’t use advertising cookies.
Blockchain information
If you use tokens or NFTs, we process your public wallet address and the related on-chain transactions. Blockchains are public: wallet addresses, balances and transactions can be seen by anyone and cannot be changed or deleted by us. We never collect your private keys or recovery phrase.
Information from others
- Sign-in providers (such as Google or Apple) share your name and email when you choose to use them.
- Embedded wallet providers confirm the wallet address created for your account.
- App stores and payment providers tell us a purchase was completed. We don’t receive your full card details.
2. How we use information
- to run the game, your account, multiplayer matches, leaderboards and rewards;
- to deliver tokens, NFTs and rewards to your wallet;
- to send waitlist news and updates you asked for, and important service messages;
- to detect cheating, bots, fraud and abuse, and to moderate chat;
- to check eligibility for rewards and digital assets, including age and location limits and sanctions screening where required;
- to fix bugs, measure interest and improve the game;
- to comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (running the game), our legitimate interests (security, anti-cheat, improving the game), your consent (marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time) and legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We don’t sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers who host the site and game, store data, send email, provide wallets and sign-in, or help with analytics and support, and only to do that work for us;
- Blockchain networks and marketplaces, when you make an on-chain transaction or list an NFT;
- Other players, who can see your player name, scores and chat messages;
- Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect players, the public or Rumble Town LLC;
- A buyer or successor if Rumble Town LLC is part of a merger, sale or reorganization.
4. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our team and service providers may process information in other countries. Where the law requires it, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for these transfers.
5. How long we keep information
We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and account data while your account is active. After that we delete or anonymize it, except where we need to keep it for legal, tax, anti-fraud or dispute reasons. On-chain data stays on the blockchain permanently.
6. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
- Ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal information.
- Object to or restrict some uses, or withdraw consent.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws such as California’s), you may have these rights by law. Email hello@rumbletown.xyz and we’ll respond within the time the law requires. We won’t treat you differently for using your rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it. Token, NFT and reward features are for adults only (18+ or the age of majority where you live).
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. Protect your wallet’s recovery phrase and never share it. We will never ask for it.
9. Changes to this policy
We’ll post updates here and change the date at the top. For material changes we’ll give notice on the site or by email.
